Only builders can make stores or if you are a merchant PC and wish to be acknowledged as one.
(Ask Lore if he can make a percentage go to your bank account from the total of the store, alternatively whether the store's total gold can be your bank account.)
1. Create in the Wizard with your PT.
2. Add your PT in front, the character/ organization it will belong to second, and a1 as concluding. (EXAMPLE: glor_glaurdhara1)
- Item rules apply to every item you may have in the store.
- You must not sell potions, scrolls, gems, misc items.
3. Place down your merchant NPC in the area or ask the DM to place one for you if you are only contributing a store not a whole area.
- The merchant NPC has to be level 1 commoner, standard race, no subrace, cr1, no special abilities or modified stats abilities or hp, no equipment other than clothes, no creature weapons or hides.
- Name the merchant as PT_mer01 in the wizard, later you can rename it.
(EXAMPLE: glor_mer01)
- It can have unique personality as in looks, voice set, even a single robe/armour with the same tag/resref as the merchant's name.
- Set variables on the NPC as follows:
Store STR storeresref without the a1 (EXAMPLE: Store STR glor_glaurdhar)
Raisable INT 1
4. Do not change store markup or markdown unless you are told otherwise!
5. You may define what your store buys or sells, but you must make it able to buy what it sells.
6. Your store must not identify goods unless it's a mage store.
