 Post subject: Bugged Plants - Alchemy

I've found a group of plants that don't empty out after four pickings as the others do.

Is this a bug, a feature or some sort of semi-hidden DM stash? Is it alright to use these plants to make healing potions?

plants that are spawned by a DM will not populate on their own. They need a creature "Herb spawner" to be placed to populate and work. "Mysterious Herb" plants will continously regenerate. DM placed hers won't.

I have been using herbs to train people and for plotlines. They will be entitled "Low Level Herbs". So if you see a Low Level Herbs, it will either have loads, or no herbs.
