Overgod - Haniel (True Neutral) - The Eternal Lord

Elemental Deities:
Elemental deities usually reside on their plane of element and/or among their worshippers, at times. They are usually worshipped by a firm cultural habitat and are not to be underestimated...

Fire - Handok (Lawful Evil) - The Lord of Suffering
Water - Thanbalur (Neutral Good) - The Lady of Endless Waters
Earth - Theira / Silvana (Lawful Neutral/True Neutral) - The Forest Mother
Air - Janzel (Chaotic Neutral) - The Laughing Wanderer

High Sphere Deities:

High deities reside in the higher spheres and are usually distant, preferring not to appear for mortals. Their power is more subtle and worship is usually spread out across the realm.

Magic - Tsauri Kinthar Weavespinner [Ts'aire Oloth/ Dark Tsaire] (Neutral Evil) - The Dark Mistress
Death - Binn Gan Fo/Zanbaru (Lawful Evil/Neutral Evil) - The Gatekeeper
Sun - Domorus (Lawful Neutral) - The Burning King
Moon - Seleen (Neutral Good) - Lady Mystery

Racial Deities:

Racial deities, as the cathegory's name shows, are worshipped by a select racial type and their settlements. They may also be venerated by people practicing the special artform these deities hold as their own. (Rabio is also worshipped by half-orcs and many colonial monster types such as orcs and gnolls)

Elven - Eneil Elsefaar Kinul (Neutral Good) - Warfather
Dwarven - Gurnaur Dothraan (Lawful Neutral) - Forgefather
Gnomish - Gluckweigl [Glckweigl] (Chaotic Good) - Mother of Invention
Beast - Rabio (Chaotic Neutral) - Daughter of Rage

Antigod - A'Theran Dg'Agan - The Betrayer

CREATION:

1) There was the eternal will (The God)

2) It created Existence (the multiverse, omniverse, whatever you wanna call it)

3) It created the creatures: Animals, Plants and the Ancients. (The Ghazakiin)

4) In creating the universe he gave souls to things. He helped those souls rise above creation.

5) It sent Haniel to do the rest.

Haniel struck the anvil of creation and a spark came, turning into a young man he named Domo , dominant among all.

Haniel reached in his own heart taking compassion and love, sculpting Seleen and placing her by Domo's side.

The lack of Compassion and Love turned into a dark shadow he could no longer contain; it was torturing him, he would spill that forth and so became Binn Gan Fo.

Gan would demand a woman just like Seleen.. Haniel took the Night and wished for it to awaken. The spell he'd cast would form a silvery and obsidian weave that soon stood up as a giant spider, that would then turn into a beautiful yet cruel woman: Tsauri Kinthar.

While Seleen and Domo were both happy together, Tsauri denied to love Gan who was grim, dark and evil.

Gan tried to murder Domo to gain the love of Seleen but he failed and Domo cast him to the underworld to become its lord. Tsauri would laugh and disappear into the weave once again as a glowing spider.

The Overgod - Haniel

Dogma:

Haniel is perceived in many ways in many cultures across the land. While the common approach of being the keeper of the eternal scale and the one god watching above all, certain separationist sects tend to relate him to the passive outer deity Tenriel*.

Harder to distinguish him even in tribal communities where he is often mentioned as Harnororu the Thundering Lord (Zheradan) or Mannaru the Stormbringer (Roburan), both of which carry limited power over the weather and natural disasters, as well as other names which are never noted as they tend to change generation after generation.

Harnororu is pictured as a winged man only wearing rough pants, dark skin and dawn-coloured hair make his appearance obvious. He only comes during storms, bringing fire to those that need it with his lance of light he throws from the dark horse he rides in the sky.

Mannaru's image is a similarly mighty man with the purpose to bring rain to the fields at spring's dawn. He brings the new year and stands tall and strong.

Haniel's symbol is an ornate cross with several circles and half-circles resembling the high spheres and his countless domains.

In reality, however, when we mention Haniel we're talking about a rather active and powerful entity that often appears to his most faithful followers and chosen warriors. He's described as a tall, handsome man that emanates a fatherly, soothing embrace and endless wisdom.
His appearance is scheduled to Midnight's Dawn in the ever-current capital city's great cathedral. (24th dec, midnight) His appearances outside this special date are not unheard of.

Haniel usually has countless clerics he appoints as High Cleric, and two Arch-Priesters, a male and a female one. The current Arch-Priests are king Glortor'Rai Glaurd'Har and Lady Anni Redriner.

Rituals:

Haniel does not demand his followers to commit obscure rituals. His clerics pray at dusk, dawn , midday or midnight to regain their spells. The community gathers at the temple or community house every friday around six in the evening to talk about what happened the past week.
There is a strong family-like environment, tolerance and acceptance of one another and the outside world in general. Shillan worshippers are open to opinions of others while they have a strong faith in the church, their order and Haniel himself.

The Shillan Protectorate

Shillan Protectors represent the clergy of the Eternal Lord, the Overgod known as Haniel or Shillandill. They are of any species and culture, versed in most languages, the art of war and are usually of healing and trickery, healing and protection or healing and war domain, or combinations of the above.

They undergo rigorous training concerning both mental and physical health, linked with a life long friendship to one another and acknowledged by the Ancients such as representants of the High Forest or the Ghazakiin. They are considered allies by most neutral forces including the worship of Silvana and are respected throughout the realm to a degree where a Protector's word may decide in cardinal questions.

A Shillan protector has more insight and knowledge concerning the truth of things than the average mortal, as they are the only mortals truly accepted and acknowledged, thus taught by the Ghazakiin.
They walk in pairs of a male and female, appointed by their Ghazakiin superiors. Such couples often engage in a life long relationship.

A Shillan protector is often trained in basic unarmed combat (Midnight Dawn Fist style) for health and self-denfence purposes. Rarely do they multiclass anything else other than Monk.

((More to come))

*Outer deities are outside the pantheon and enjoy no direct worship on the land other than separationist sects that gain nothing from worshipping such forces.

Fire - Hendok - The Lord of Terror - Lord of the Dark Fire
(Duergars call him Garbaur Boradik the Lava Lord)
(For reference, he's pretty much a Bane-Kossuth with a touch of greek Ares)

Dogma:

Hendok represents survival of the fittest. His worship spreads from the northern Nherazkar to virtually all across the lands. He's worshipped by northern merchants , that believe him to be the guiding fire in the cold, frigid north's wastes.

His worship also consists of hardy warriors, mercenaries, and every tribe that doesn't worship Silvana or the Beast.

His most important teaching is claimed to be that the strong shall forever feast on the flesh of the unfit, the weak. The dogmatics of cruel survival overlap the entire cultural preference of these people; their only goal is to gain more power to survive the coming destruction prophecised by the Fittest.
They see the element of fire to be the most important wealth; having your own campfire, you may survive the night.

Hendok's symbol is a flaming hand holding a Bastard Sword, his favoured weapon.

Followers of Hendok are never elves, as elves are deemed weak and unfit by the standards of the Dark Fire.

H䮤ok's high cleric is currently Holden Ramos, a murderous ex-citizen of solinar. His high cleric changes whenever the previous one is put out of its misery by another cleric , that then manages to win the Deity's attention.

Hendok,
He loves strife, loves to put people to tests and enjoys his power more abusively than any other deity.
He has the least wisdom of all deities as such and while he's a typical evil mastermind he has zero tolerance for physical weakness such as halflings or elves.
He has a diehard sense of honor in a very malevolent way which demands any worshipper to commit self-abuse whenever they fail to complete a task given by the church or government
He's an active deity, often appears as a helmed face in braziers , campfires, torches

You can become a high cleric one day by defeating some enemy of the Kingdom, and fall to become a peasant or even slave the other by disrespecting your superior.

Highly structured and regimented, based on respect, with any treachery done from below done silently.

The Lord himself says "Hail me, the only true might, or fall beneath the darkness without my embracing fire. The fit must survive the weak must fall, to shine my glory."

Nherazkar, which translates to Northwind Harbor but it strangely also means Rage's Nest in Orcish, was founded by merchants and sailors meeting in the same valley over years.
It only used to be a spring and autumn meeting spot to trade
So the Fire itself is very important in their lives, both literally and as a metaphore
The fire of warmth, the only thing that helps survive the frigid north, the only thing important.
That's how they look at H䮤ok. Their savior, their guidance, their only messiah

Rituals:

Flamewalking: Every youngster that's to turn adult must walk five yards on laid out glowing hot cinders , reciting the prayer of the dark fire:

"Where there is light, Darkness shall rise.
Where there is faith, there is demise.
Let Darkness fall and subdue the light.
Let the land tremble beneath Lord Hendok's Might."

Firelighting: Whenever an adventurer of the Dark Faith lights or uses fire, they recite the prayer. (Doesn't apply to mages continuously casting fire spells or striking opponents with flaming weapons though)

To Dust We Return: The dead are burnt ritually, dressed in dark red and black clothing. They believe that enduring the flames of a burning corpse with one's hand may bring favour of the deity himself.

Domains: Fire, Strength, Winter, Death, Destruction, Survival, Protection, Travel, War

Water - Thanbalur (Neutral Good) - The Lady of Endless Waters

Dogma:

The Lady of the Seas is considered one of the most mysterious deities worshipped across Kym Lun and the surrounding lands. Legend has it that it's her ocean holding the world in the black nothing, holding onto her sister, Theira they both carry the weight of the land over their shoulders.

It is also often mentioned that it was her that was created first by Haniel, to give birth to the other deities, mortal creatures, and the land itself.

It is believed that sea storms are made of her constant, violent love she shares with Janzel.

She often appears to the Sea Elves and often even to sailors that worship her, granting guidance and protection on their travels.

Thanbalur's symbol is a deep blue circle representing her status as the one holding the world.

Thanbalur has no high cleric currently. The High Sea Council holds occasional meetings but no cleric managed to win the deity's attention since the death of the previous , the one millennia-old sea elf, Enuil Andrel.

Rituals:

Rite of Rivers: Every youngster that is to turn adult must wash their foreheads in flowing river's water at spring's dayturn singing the song of the high seas.

Sacred Waters: Holy water, drinking water and bathing water all have their own soul according to the believers, and their own prayers and rituals as well.
A follower of Thanbalur always thanks the Lady for the water they use.
A follower of Thanbalur enters the bath with the left leg and exits it with the right leg at all times.

Taken by the sea: The dead are laid to rest in open wooden coffins at the seaside by sundown covered by a blue cloth with the deep blue circle on its surface. They believe that the lady shall take or raise the fallen as she sees fit.

Domains: Water, Sea, Protection, War, Travel, Sea-Elf

Earth - Theira / Silvana Leafspine (Lawful Neutral/True Neutral) - The Forest Mother

Dogma:

Mother Earth has many aspects to be worshipped and as such, she's considered the overseer of all elemental deities. She's perceived by many druids as the Forest Mother, a fey-like entity that occasionally appears to followers and even outsiders passing through the woodlands. Her power is the most firm aspect among the deities, no-one dares to violate Silvana's domains.

She is often believed to be Haniel's first daughter and the keeper of all life.

Her symbol is a tree with an eye on its bark, typically an oak.

Sylvana usually has one , three or nine high clerics, all of them female, and several priesters and druids that are typically equal among one another. The High Cleric is currently Diana Silvae Glaurd'Har, she's the newest and the youngest of all her clergy.

Rituals:
Passage of the Forest: Each child that nears adulthood must keep a night’s vigil in the forest, watching from dusk until dawn. It is said that the animals in the forest dare not harm one who is keeping his vigil, unless he has done something to anger the Forest Mother.

The Forest Hunt: Worshipers of Silvana only hunt what they need to survive and the most religious say a prayer over their kill, thanking the Forest Mother for her generosity. It is said that if a person slaughters game in Silvana’s forest for no reason, she will avenge the deaths of the creatures that were hunted.

Dance of Leaves: It is said that the dryads of the forest sometimes perform a dance, honoring Silvana. This dance however, has been rarely seen by others besides druids and the dryads themselves.

Air - Janzel (Chaotic Neutral) - The Laughing Wanderer

Janzel. The name itself is usually a reason for admittance into houses of people that'd rather not mess with the Southern Kingdom - or, for that matter, for getting jailed in Solinar.

Dogma:

While hardiness is often a value in people, it can be really annoying when you wish the person called as such would just cease to exist. That is how citizens of Solinar are about the worship of Janzel and the whole of B'Ahal Bae which stands for Sandstorm Port in the common tongue.

Janzel is the most troublesome and less predictable deity among them all. More dangerous than Hendok, and has a worse reputation than all the undead altogether.

Janzel may favour people that despise him and torture people faithful to him. It's entirely his choice, or so they say. He tends to favour travelling merchants, wanderers and troublemakers all the same.

Janzel enjoys the notion of having insane clerics that toss chaos domain and negativity spells around like pebbles. They seem to have little problem beheading one another for the heck of it. The last one standing becomes the High Cleric. Currently his name is Stromnik Datteel. People call him Guillotine for his hobby of collecting severed heads, and he fits that bill all too well.

Rituals:

Janzelism: Janzelist priests and worshippers lie, cheat and annoy for fun, while they travel and sell their valuables which you can't be sure of that the original owner won't try to skewer you around the next corner for it. Janzelism is anything unholy that's done on purpose or to annoy.

Windwalking: A youngster reaching adulthood in B'Ahal Bae must spend a sandstorm's night in the desert on the resources he found for himself. Some families help the children with some items or another but usually the youngster must take their own to survive.

Janzel's Day: April 1. Strangely enough the caravan is allowed in any city this day but by next sunrise they better get lost because Solinar's gaurd are punctual about deadlines...

Domains: Travel, Trade, Trickery, Sand, Desert, Wind, Air

Magic - Tsauri Kinthar Weavespinner [Ts'aire Oloth/ Dark Tsaire] (Neutral Evil) - The Dark Mistress

Tsauri is a young deity, usually worshipped by Dark Elves and sorcerous communities that need a deity regardless of their arcane practice.

Dogma:

Magic is a selfish act; stealing the energies from the Weave and creating destruction and mayhem using it. That's how most mortals use it anyway. Tsauri doesn't favour or haunt mortals and cares little about affairs concerning the other deities. She's a literal hermit , and although not proverbially evil but can mean serious trouble to those opposing her will.

Worshippers of Tsauri do not pray in the practical meaning of the word. They perform (often lone) rituals instead that has to do with their favourite practice of magic may that be spellschool, ritual combat magic or arcane meditation.

Tsauri also has to do with Knowledge, Lore and Divination, her domains include all and every kind of magic.

She does not have a high clergy but some arcane councils and covens tend to appoint makeshift leaders. Since there is no real unison among the worshippers of Tsauri, they usually tend to accept the eldest mage as leader among them.
The Archmage , Shandalan has been seen leading such events on occasion.

Domains: Magic, Trickery, War, Protection, Death, Destruction, Darkness, Drow, Sorcery, Divine, Arcane, Knowledge, Lore

Death - Binn Gan Fo/Zanbaru (Lawful Evil/Neutral Evil) - The Gatekeeper

Clerics of Zanbaru never -or rarely- raise the dead, because their religion states that Death is to be accepted. No OOC grudges acceptable for a Zambarite cleric that did not raise you.

Also there is to be no player killing from Zambarites, they are expected to act with neutral acceptance and pure faith towards Death itself.

Dogma:

Zanbaru is the Keeper of Gates, reigning the Underworld of Noch'Deran. He is the Final Judge of Souls and the Dark Messiah.

Worshippers of Zanbaru are clad in dark clothes, avoid the sun and are generally none too pleasant a company to be around. They celebrate Death's day. (30th oct)

The western capital city of Westport gives home to these dark worshippers of the Lord of Death , Zanbaru. The clergy itself is often mentioned as The Ministry of Demise, or just simply The Ministry.
Zanbaru's highest officer is the Pope. He's appointed by seven Arch Bishops who are selected from among the Bishops. Bishops are among the elite of his clergy, and the rest of his priesters and preachers look up to them with dire respect.

Worshippers of Zan pray at the Witching Hour (9 in the evening) and pray to regain spells per day and for a peaceful death.

Truth: (NO CHARACTER would that be pc or npc knows this. I'm posting this information to have the whole information, anybody using this in character is metagaming.)

Zanbaru is indeed the Gatekeeper but he serves a higher power that calls itself Binn Gan Fo and is the true lord of the underworld. Gan is the younger brother of Domorus ,cast into the underworld for his sins at the dawn of existence.

If a mortal dies, the mortal soul travels across the Black Gates. If they had faith in their lives, they are judged as their deity demands and then probably end up near that deity or reincarnate. If they had no faith, however, they are likely to be engulfed by Damnation.
The faithless souls are tempted by illusions, each deity, including the Antideity is offering them a chance for redemption. However, while the deities cannot lie, the Antideity will always have a better chance at corrupting and seizing these souls.

Rituals:

Death's Day: Halloween festives practically. No trick-o-treating though.
Mourning: No such thing. They celebrate a person's death like a birthday.

Sun - Domorus (Lawful Neutral) - The Burning King

Dogma:

Domorus stands for law and order over the land. Most paladins belong under his reign and his worship is firm and powerful. Being a distant deity , he uses his Sphinxes , lead by Raahn Ruul , his Arch-Messenger, to intervene if need be.

Domorus is a powerful deity , with a powerful city under his aegis...

Solinar

General:
Solinar is a lawful city , mainly worshipping Domorus, the Greater God of Law. Guards are usually religious and lawful(neutral or good) people, brave yet flawed people with a sense of humour that applies to anything from a priest tripping in his own cape to a dog pissing at the flowers. Anything but law. Because if something is against the law, they tend to get in your hair.
Anything but law until they happen to be facing one of the legendary heroes, or a beautiful woman. Because , as most human males, they do have an issue with arresting a woman that they can't stop staring at. Rest assured, the right bust size can cause a serious hitch in this machine of law. This causes some trouble in general with female members of the city guard , who may whack their male counterparts on the head for such an attitude.
They do enjoy the trouble Tammy or Anni can cause for the men though, since there's always something of a tension about knightly machoness. Anni befriended most female guards , why wouldn't she, especially Suzy in the eastern central whom she can chat hours long with, about various issues from fashion through warfare to how dull men are in this city.

Citizens of Solinar are regular human folks with the regular daily activities of working, gossiping, and getting ass drunk in their sparetime. This leads to barfights. But if this doesn't, Anni does. She has a thing for starting forest fires in the concrete jungle, if there is such a thing as concrete. But anyway, if there is such a thing as "above law" , heroes and villains of the higher reputation do get that in Solinar. Simply because the feebleminded have no power over the might of a +5 sword or a short skirt. Unfortunately.

Solinar's people generally bow down to the Ghazakiin, and show some fear-spiced respect whenever they meet one. Not because they're so considerate of age , but because they know that messing with them is just simply asking for trouble. Of course this is the majority. Some people do try to approach them with some less fear and more respect, or curiousity.
The regular approach to legendary people is milord or milady. The exception is Anni, who kicks if called that constantly Wink
There's a tendency of male inhabitants to drool 'til mouth runs dry if they see her, and her statue is a popular sight for the younger male population.
This of course goes for most prettier legendary females such as Sylestia.

Legendary characters draw the attention of children. If they're being spotted that is. But Rithien enjoys a regular 2d4-12 group of kids whenever she takes to enter the city. Anni usually gets ex lovers needing a good reminding of their status as ex- and thugs not having had enough pain in the pants. Other legendary heroes do get the attention compared to their deeds. (Here I'm asking for every legendary character to do bother writing their adventures to the biographies page, the more the merrier.)

Religion:

Domorus' worship prays at every sunrise for spells. The ritual is called Calling to the Rising Sun, and is performed with the ritual lighting of firebowls and torches near the temple.
Solinar's religious order belongs to the all time high cleric. The high cleric trains an acolyte who is to become the next high cleric.
The order consists of clerics and battle priests. Clerics preach, educate and heal while battle priests are meant to protect and investigate cases of disease, undead, vampires and the like. Clerics are definitely more pious than battle priests who also have a somewhat lower moral.
Clerics have the domains sun and healing, while battle priests sun and fire or sun and war.

Prayer of the Rising Sun:

Where there is darkness, let there be light.
Where there is faith, be the Burning King's might.
For the word of Domorus, I may live or may die
May Faith be my steel, His law be my guide.

The prayer is chanted in choral in front of the temple after all the torches and bowls are lit again.

Rite to the Eternal Fire:

Through the Gates we pass, into the flame
Our candle put out, we're out of the game
Where shall one end it, our Lord only knows
But from our ashes, a new life it grows.

Domorus demands that the corpse of a true believer must be burnt and the ashes must be thrown into his gardens. The reason for this is said to be that throwing the dead body to fire relieves the soul so it may reach to the Valhalla to meet Domorus himself and serve before his throne. In reality it has to do with the Curse infecting most corpses it reaches.

Remarkable npcs:
Pater Andrew Domian - Calls most legendary heroes younger than him "child" often chuckles cheerfully and loves apple pie.

The high cleric of domorus is usually appointed by the previous high cleric on his dying bed , or the first Acolyte becomes such after the untimely death of the above.

The Acolyte - A reserved man with a kind smile on his face, this young man has an immense crush on Raeriel.
Dennis O'Shea - A responsible man with the responsibility to keep the city clean of disease and help the adventurers in any way he can. He speaks proper english, barely interested in gold only collecting it for the church and likes listening to music - which is the only reason he can stand that job for: Turlin is nearby and they're rather good friends.

((A note on remarkable npcs: if I didn't list one here and you DMs happened to give one a personality, let the others know. I either forgot to mention how that person is, or you've just made a great contribution to the overall picture.

Other Organizations:

- City Guard / Regional Sentry
At the disposal of the governor, at all times , is the city guard. (lawful neutral most of the time, fighters) They are highly trained men and women proficient with the spear, They are responsible for the enforcement of law and order within the city walls. They're regular people with regular flaws.
The regional sentry's duties are on a larger scale. They represent the army of Solinar, elite warriors proficient with the great sword. They have the right to judge and enforce all across the land of solinar, including areas outside the city.

Remarkable NPCs:
Suzy in the East Central is a good friend of Anni and idolizes Rithien. See above.
Corporal Charlie Bennethen is a loud man that's afraid in the dark.
The two guards at the western gate usually get their day made by Anni bending over to the fountain. Makes them drop their spear and dignity. They also hate Tammy like nothing, and tend to chase the two talking dogs Fluffy and Kushi around when they bathe in the fountain.
Guard Captain Reynolt is good friends with Glortor'Rai Glaurd'Har, still referring to him as "Lord" and usually blushes a deeper shade of red being called Little Vic who Fell in the Well by Shaylan and hugged the life out of him. He speaks quickly and bluntly. Get his style from his conversation .

- Order of the Rising Sun
Founded by the Kusanagi dynasty, the order also known as the Order of the White Monks or the Sunrise Fist Order practices japanese art of bushido, karate and judo. Their techniques usually use pure force of strength and tend to focus on crushing the enemy. This has to do with their arts being specialized against undead. Nevertheless, they aren't nearly as effective as the Zheradan style , that of course they won't admit to. They respect Anni by the name of "The Fiery Cat" and they do fear her "rising kick of pain" like every other opponent that doesn't bother giving it such a fancy name, does.
Remarkable NPCs:
Kenjiro: (Kenji)He's a reserved man who usually nods or shakes head if talked to. Gives brief answers and says Hai for yes. He's patient and friendly.
Heishiro: (Shiro) Also a reserved man whose answers vary from "Hrm" to "Mrhn" and loves rice.
The two girls tend to giggle, be nice and blush. They usually speak in questions. "You punch harder, so you hurt them more, ne?"

- The White Order
The order of white mages are conjuror wizards. Their current leader is Thorlian until Pentephraxis manages to get over his momentary loss of memory.

Remarkable NPCs:
Thorlian the white speaks proper english, idolizes Shandalan and is pretty much fond of any knowledge that's not harmful to the innocent. He often helps adventurers with quests but he may forget whom he helped before, unless the person is legendary. But then he just forgot WHAT he helped them with.

Moon - Seleen (Neutral Good) - Lady Mystery

When Langoria was destroyed, Alana was forced to reveal her true self as Seleen, the greater goddess so many worship as the Moon and the ever changing goddess of Love and Renewal. While her hatred towards Hendok was only increased and her true self and allegiances were forced to show, Lady Mystery still has a few moves up her sleeve... and none of them are too fair.

Enraged by the cruelty and lack of consideration from the part of the Nherazkar, the goddess once known as Good Mother unleashed a final, desperate yet nevertheless devastating blow upon her enemies and the former deities reigning over the domains she possesses, slaying most of the older gods and most of their worshippers as well.
The destruction falling upon Nherazkar, Bolthannil, Roburan and Karnul shook the northern hills, having Hendok's worship mostly eradicated , leveling the Lord of Suffering's bastions of faith and bringing him to his knees. The Lady then fell asleep and is now slumbering, who knows for how long.

Those few that remained under the aegis of the dormant goddess now stand a silent , confused vigil over the shattered remnants of the forces of evil, awaiting a sign from their Lady, unknowing she may not respond for yet another eon to come. Or may she wake with renewal and perhaps the same fury against those that worship Evil, or stand a threat to her might.

Seleen's highest ranking officers are the Moonlight Council, three men , three women and a child born with blessings of being a Seer, whose opinion is highly respected.

Dogma:

Seleen is a goddess of love and as such she is goodly and forgiving. (Yeah right) Those few that saw her , speak of beauty and tranquility, motherly embrace and the comfort of divine protection emanating from her.

Halflings - Rhea (Lawful Good/Neutral Good) - The Protector

Clerics of Rhea often hold grudges to Tootalls (Any race that is above 4 feet tall average) and may not raise the person with a Resserection or Raise Dead spell. (Please no OOC grudges if they dont raise you)

Dogma :

Rhea, The Protector, is the fledgling new deity of the Hin. Most halflings live in shires, and only the larger, more known shires have the ability to communicate to other shires; Rhea's name is barely known. Missionaries have already begun to travel forth from Lushleaf, the shire which Rhea ascended from, spreading the news. Rhea's clerics and priests pray in the morning, as the sun rises, thanking Rhea for protecting them all of the previous day, and for days to come. Rhea is known to harness the powers of nature, to a smaller degree than Silvana, of corse. She has been known to cause a harvest to grow into something legeondary. Halfling culture works around a matriarchy, and most often the Female leader is that of the high priestess of the temple. All of the shires have a temple hidden somewhere within them, and each has its own High Priestess, to govern over all the priests, and priestesses of that temple. When the High Priestesses do get in contact with each other, they tend to rank themselves on the ammount of followers their temple possesses. Rhea herself deigned Candeth to be her High Priestess, above all others of her clergy throughout all shires by directly handing over her short-sword to Candeth.

Effects:

Rhea has three major feats that she often employs more than any others:

Protection - A blessing of defense and evasion to the target, preventing scrying, evesdroping, and the like. If casted on a shire, all those hostile to it will loose all memory of its existance, as well as viewing it as something of a hazord which they may choose not to mess with. (Example would be that of an Orc viewing Lushleaf as a massive patch of poisonus Ironwood thornbushes, impervious to physical and magical damage, or even that of a Dragon's Den.)

Wilt - Casts forth a curse of disease and rot onto the target area or creature, causing a Plague Of Wilting which cannot be healed by normal clerical means. The plague does not spread, but only haunts that which it was targeted on, shriviling up the target slowly, tapping into their health.

Regrowth - Springs forth life into the target, instilling all the needed materials for the target to grow to full proportion, also cures the Plague Of Wilting.

Rituals :

Blessings of the Cornucopia: On the rest day of every week, the High Priestess, or her clergy if designated pull out the cornucopia. By giving an offering of the harvest from volenteers of the shire, Rhea blesses all ten-fold by opening the mouth on the Cornucopia, letting the parishables spew out endlessly.

Harvestor's Day: When the fourth day of the week has happened three times during the eleventh month, harvest month, all of the Halflings of various shires come together to celebrate the last harvest of the year. They enjoy festivities and so forth. When the sun sets, Rhea then approaches Silvana and together they sew forth the winter months. (OOC celebration would be that of Thanksgiving, 3rd Thursday of November)

Istari Tsauritanae

Tsauritan communes are magocracies, one for each spell school regardless of alignment or species. The Ensiq Arkanos (Grand Arcane Council) consists of one wizard of each spell school and one sorceror of each species abundant.

Since the Ensiq's main duty is to decide over the destiny of those who misuse the arcane (Being Pale Masters and renegade wizards/sorcerors most of the time, or those who had fallen to the influence thereof) the alignment of the council itself is True Neutral.

Once a mage enters the Boas'sath Istari (Grand Chamber of Mages) , their ego ceases to exist and their rational mind and superior mind will attach to the Lath T'saire (Tsaire's Hold) a huge base of arcane energy flowing skywards from a pit below that works as a 3d holographic imager as well as holding their consciousness together in one single will to serve the Goddess.
While in collateral mind they cannot directly read each other's mind for information they wish, only on information the other one wishes to share. The fact that the ego is put aside warrants that no conflicts and no spying is possible, as well as the thoughts are flowing directly through Tsaire's mind so she can make sure nobody leaks irrelevant and/or dangerous information.

Tsauritans have Nae'loths, saints who they do not particularly worship, rather venerate and call upon for aid.
The saints are people touched by or related to Tsaire such as her husband Shandalan, their five children especially Shaylandiannae, her previous family, and her warriors chosen.
Saints can also be mages of remarkable deeds such as Drak'ur Kal'ekt, the last true arch mage of the drow.
