Morinsen Settlement - the name exists as a hallmark for all metalworks and mining, and is well known to be the best there is. While the well-equipped dwarven settlement of the north does not wish to be promoted with such legends, it is well known that it was the dwarves that let the undead loose upon the realm and as such, they live in the shadow of this mistake, trying their best at proving that it may be their fault but they won't let it pass. The settlement itself is carved into the peak of the Claw Mountain. It's impenetrable unless the enemy knows the very few weaknesses it has.
The settlement works as a respect-based patriarchal community

Clergy - Dwarves worship Gurnaur Dothraan Forgefather. It's not too common knowledge that Gurnaur is actually the great ancestor and warband champion Morin Morinsen. Dwarven clerics value hard work and they themselves often aid the miners in many different ways. One of these is when methane outbursts and cave-ins happen in the mines. (Organization alignment: neutral good)

Warband - Dwarven warbands exist in many different ways. Morinsen Settlement's very own militial forces are versatile enough to keep all citizens safe. Warriors from defenders to weapon masters, stealth and mountain range specialists, axe throwers and explosives, intelligence and underground tunnels keep that repertoire infamed among all enemies of the Morinsen. (organization alignment: lawful neutral)

Elder Council - Mostly of wizards and clerics, the Elder Council consists of the eldest and wisest of dwarven men. While it may be true that if pro is the opposite of con then progress is the opposite of congress, they are effective in their own steady pace. Just don't ask them to decide over something. (Organization alignment: True Neutral)

Government - There's a king who's everybody boss and there's the queen who's the king's boss. Or maybe his mom is the boss if it's really getting nasty. Kings are elected for life. Their children won't necessarily become the royal family unless the elder council decides so. (The king's alignment varies from lawful good to neutral good and lawful neutral. Sometimes true neutral.)

Miners and workers - This part of the community is probably everybody else. There is such a thing as dwarven mechanics but only because they'd trust an elf before letting a gnome near a scaffold. Yeah, experience tells them not to. (Most dwarves in Morinsen are usually of neutral or good alignment.

Dwarven Ceremonies

Tazo urwa Thaagar (Day of Seeking)

Every winter all dwarves to reach maturity are to descend into the mines with experienced excavating leaders and mining elders to hone and develop a sense for treasure. This time is also taken to teach the young mining songs in rhythmic baritone. Much preparation goes into this day whether it be the order of the Stone Fist maintaining the constant safety of the young or the clergies mass readying of blessings for all those descending downward into the deep. Before all this the community gathers outside the temple en mass, the guild leaders in the front rows awaiting the kings words of pride and encouragement to his people.

Aznn Waurhkath Ag (All Forges Eve)

Every twelfth moon the Morinsen dwarves celebrate All Forges Eve. At this time every dwarf has a certain part to play in celebrating the years end and beginning. The cooks prepare an enormous feast of umberhulk arms, giant lizard, malt beer, and more. Blacksmiths and their apprentices thoroughly clean out there forge to a shine and embellish them with the best gems and markings their guild can supply. The guilds focused on that of war and battles are dressed in their finest and participate in several contests of strength and fortitude such as wrestling, tossing (weights or pieces of broken wagon), and/or lifting. Mining dwarves unveil crafted rawhide drums and play thru ought the settlement with their singing brethren while the dwarves of royalty and high standing partake in an ancient dance that goes back for generations. Once the forges are properly blessed and the appropriate offerings have been made to the forge father, the population partakes in their great feast. All of this is done very timely and would seem to end at a moments notice so that the dwarves can efficiently return to work.
