Spirit Master

hd equals that of a monk
Spellcasting: The spirit master may learn and use divine spells like a sorceror would.
Feats: The spirit master may choose feats to become similarly skilled to a monk or a cleric at his own decision. Monk feats require all the previous feats which means you cannot gain Diamond Soul, Perfect Self, etc unless you have all previous monk feats.
Clerical domains may be chosen one at level 3 (At the cost of monk speed) and one at level 9 (at the cost of improved evasion), or gained on epic levels (Must choose the first one at 21st to qualify)
Restrictions: Spirit Masters can only be of lawful alignment and wearing armour disables their spellcasting like that of a sorceror.
Class skills include all and any skill a monk or cleric would gain.

Soul Dancer

hd equals that of a sorceror
Spellcasting: Soul dancers may learn and cast any manner of spell from given spell levels like a sorceror would (they need the appropriate ability for that type of spell. If they wish to learn a level 9 cleric spell they need 19 wisdom, while they need 19 charisma for a sorceror spell of the 9th level.), an amount of spells four plus half their character level per spell level. Soul Dancers gain no armour or weapon proficiencies. However, they gain self concealment of 50% automatically by level 20, damage reduction of all physical damage equal to their class level (1 damage ignored at level 1, 2 at level 2, 10 at level 10 etc) and spell resistance 12+ class level after the third level.
Restriction: Soul Dancers must be non-evil and non-good neutral, must not use metal items or their spellcasting does not work.
Class skills: concentration, spellcraft, sense motive, persuade

The 50% concealement is quite strong, is it nulled by things able to have spirit-sight or faeri fires ?

Not really long but I rolled them in some situations and with the core player races. (And with Ghazakiin obviously)

I like Spirit Master more than cleric+monk. Though the combination allows me all cleric spells if I have enough levels, Spirit Master is a lot more powerful.
Soul Dancer is fun with a template where you get some more modifiers of cha and wis (Like Ghazakiin).
Made Shaylan one, she knows the most significant divine AND arcane spells now, and the high cha+wis modifiers help with stuff like wording Wish right and her spell DC is also enjoyably high.
