Not sure exactly how this worked as far as the coding side behind it is concerned, but it is perfectly possible for one to create a batch file to encompass the compiling of various 'mod' files into one final piece. Effectively what that means is rather than taking a huge ass module and adding pieces to it, you take many smaller modules and create a huge ass module via external source code.

The advantages of this are pretty easy to picture. You make a couple of areas in a smaller mod and it begins to become clunky. Loading times increase; eventually even so much as opening properties tabs becomes an arse hole. With this method you can cut out the majority of the 'arse hole'.

Again I'm not too sure as to the specifics of how this'd work but I thought i'd throw it up for criticism.
