Is there any?
I was just wondering because it seems a bit out of character for an evil aligned character to want to help fight off wolves from the Crossroads or rid a barn of beetles. I understand with the barn quest you get the jump wand, but maybe a second quest could be implemented that rewards an evil character with the same wand?

The IC reason for an evil aligned character to do anything is the reward itself. The story of the module allows for your baddies to realize that if they don't play along against common enemies such as the Rabians and the Legion, they might as well just dig their own grave.
As for the reason why this is not happening is the amount of module resources and manwork involved in making persistent quests. This few that you experience as nothing special probably took us half a year in testing and not because Vince and Lore aren't top notch scripters but because nwn is just dumbfucked for any intelligent questing.
