Well theres been a lot of learning to do and a lot of data to handle but i have something to show. GO ahead and click this link to see the first five spells I've implimented. More to come in the next few days i'm, sure

@Candeth -- No you didn't. That's -clearly- the earth bolt spell. I have no idea what you're talking about. :)


Regardless of that, I'm finally done with the first 40 spells. The hak, tlk and scripts follow. Bear in mind these are all subject to testing, hence their presence here. Similarly, what is currently in place now might not be so in the future based on feedback etc. In other words, a level 2 heal spell on cleric path might later become a level 4 heell on cleric path. AS it happens, these spells are only available to wizards and sorcerers atm, because of the lacking number of other classes on the server.

Next in line are priests, druids, barbarians and rogues Feel free to write bugs, feedback, suggestions, whatever else here so we/i can take note and work on it where need be.

Note: There may be a few TLK issues. What thins is you might see "0 casts spell" because the custom tokens wrong or similar. That's fine, flag it up along with the spell name and i'll fix it. It wont effect your casting in any way. :)

Note: Glor'll have to impliment the hak before any of the spells will show up. If you download pre-emptatively and they don't appear, dont worry too much.

Further note: We'll likely go through a few stages of this hak, and chances are at the end i'll be roped into combining it with our main hak. Sorry bout that. xD

Final Note: If you want to test the spells I'd suggest making a character, just in cast something goes wrong hak side and you end up with a bugged main character. Some effort can be expended to recover lost characters, but those which are years old are buggered if we cant remember what they had.

I'll talk to the admin to put up a test server that Vince has access to and can update with this hak as he pleases for test purposes.

would need to be kymlun/a mod with the kymlun dungeons so we can test against monsters you've made. Or even just a mod with mosnters you've mdae

Going to be working on the first feat tomorrow. It will be for bariarians/warriors and will allow two two handed weapons to be held and dual wielded with the usual penalties. Similarly, a few tweaks will make spears available one handed, so we can have spear and shield fighters :)
